Discord transcript

We offer support in several ways. We try to do this structurally so we are able to assist you the fastest and best way possible. In some cases, we may ask you for a Discord transcript file.

What is it?

When you have made a ticket in the Discord server using the ticket system, the entire transcript (your conversation) will be sent to you directly by the Tickettool bot.

This transcript-ticket-[num].html file can be downloaded using the download icon on the right.

When do I need it?

When you make a ticket here on the website, you will be asked to provide this transcript file in most if not all cases. We will need to see that you did your best effort to get things working, which can be shown through this transcript file.

We will be able to see what was discussed, what you tried, and what the technical team advised. We use this as a basis for decisions on refunds, credits, or replacements.
